Terms of sale

By ordering from Sent from Santa you agree to the following. You must be 18 or older to order.

What you are buying

A personalized letter written in ink by a pen-holding writing machine, plus any items in the package you choose, mailed to the U.S. address you give us. The on-screen preview shows the wording and handwriting on a picture of the paper; small differences in ink, paper colour and positioning are normal.

Your words

You are responsible for the names, address and wording you submit. We may decline to write anything unlawful, threatening or hateful, and will refund you if we do.

Delivery

We mail your order in the week you choose, by USPS. Once it is in the mail, delivery time is up to the Postal Service; the dates on this site are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot mail your order when promised, we will tell you and offer a refund.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is written. Once the pen has written your letter it is made just for you and cannot be cancelled.

If something is wrong

If we make a mistake, or your order arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days at elves@sentfromsanta.com. We will rewrite and re-mail it free, or refund you — your choice.
