Questions
What is the last day to order a letter from Santa for Christmas 2026?
Sunday, December 13, 2026 with standard handling, or Wednesday, December 16, 2026 if you add rush handling ($9). Dates are U.S. Central time.
How long does a letter from Santa take to arrive?
Letters are written and mailed within three business days of your order (one business day with rush), or in the week you choose. USPS First-Class Mail then usually takes three to five days.
Can I order now and have it arrive in December?
Yes. Choose a mailing week when you order. We write the letter and hold it until that week.
What if my letter arrives after Christmas?
If we mail later than promised, we tell you and offer a refund. Once a letter is in the mail, delivery time is up to the Postal Service, so order early when you can.
