Sent from Santa is a service for adults. Parents and gift-givers use it to order a letter for someone they love. Children do not use this site, cannot create accounts, and are never contacted by us except through the letter you order.

What we collect

• About the recipient: the name, mailing address and personal details you type into the letter (for example an age or an accomplishment).
• About you: your email address, and your payment details, which go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• About your visit: standard analytics and, if you arrived from an advertisement, which ad it was.

What we do with it

• Write, pack and mail the letter you ordered.
• Send you a receipt and answer your questions.
• Measure which of our advertisements work. We share purchase events (not letter contents, and nothing about the child) with advertising platforms for this purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use anything you tell us about a child for marketing.

Who handles it

Letters are produced and mailed by Premier Letters in the United States. Payments are processed by Stripe. Receipts are sent through our email provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle any problem with it, and meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete the letter contents and recipient details for your order at any time after it has been delivered.
