Who we are
Sent from Santa is made by Premier Letters, a company in the United States that writes handwritten mail for a living. All year we write thank-you notes, invitations and letters with real pens on real paper, using writing machines that hold a pen and move it the way a hand does. In the fall, the same pens start writing for Santa.
Why we built this
Most letters from Santa are printed. They are fine, and children can tell. The handwritten ones are wonderful, and the people who make them can only write so many before they have to stop taking orders. We already had the pens. It seemed like the right job for them.
What we promise
- Every letter is written with a real pen in real ink. We tell you plainly that a machine holds the pen.
- You see the exact letter, in the real handwriting, before you pay.
- The envelope is addressed to the child and nothing on it mentions us.
- Letters never promise specific gifts.
- We use what you tell us about a child to write and mail the letter, and for nothing else. Privacy.
- If we get something wrong, we rewrite it free or refund you.
